Craig Primo

Managing Director

Craig Primo has over 20 years of experience advising business owners in merger, acquisition, and capital raise transactions. He has completed more than 50 transactions, including sell side M&A, buy side projects, and capital raise transactions. He started his career at the Citigroup Investment Bank (CIB). He is also a successful entrepreneur away from investment banking. Mr. Primo is the co-owner of a helicopter company that owns a fleet of heavy Type 1 aircraft (mostly UH-60 Black Hawks). The ships are deployed on fire contracts on behalf of the US Forest Service, and other government agencies in the US and Latin America.
